Well I bid on the home 600k been the highest bidder then at the last minute xome (the auctioneer) bid on the house 625k and decided to increment the time 10 min for 3 times total of 30min and low the bid from 25k every bid to 2500 every bid.

You will want to do some research here and make sure that you are comfortable with the (albeit very low) risk of triggering the DOS clause that is in most mortgages.
