She has a job but won't be getting her license till after she's 18 and of course will still then need to buy a car. 

There is a lot of job growth, but much of it seems to be in construction, which is cyclical and one reason that LV goes through so much boom and bust.

For me good job availability and affordable housing had to intersect. 

Definitely don't quit your full time job to go into this.

I got married, got a new job and moved cities.

My plan was to move to Nashville in Septembber to still work this job full-time but go head on into the program by Tom and Cody.

For leasing we'd give first month's rent with a MAX "once per year" per unit and a 50% refund if we had to evict for any reason, or there was any unreimburseable damage or other fees (i.e. if she doesn't do a good job placing a tenant, it costs her!)
