I'm trying to sell it to one of the neighbors, not to build just to expand their yard, for its appraisal value ($3000), but I know nothing about the closing costs and fees involved in this. 

I am looking for a platform that can post in multiple locations at one time.

I do wonder if it would take significantly less time to repair if there was no warranty company involved.
