We currently use eMoney which is great but can get expensive as our firm grows and can a lot of times be too complicated for most clients.

Rent Auto Draft works great, it takes 7 days to hit my bank but I am ok with that (you can pay premium for faster processing if needed).I like the all-in-one solution from property marketing, to candidate background checks, to rent payment, to maintenance request and more !

Sounds like a great deal, maybe you should start asking for a profit share instead of just a interest rate
