@James Miernicki,Not an answer to your question, but food for thought.I would be concerned about putting a vehicle into a revocable trust.

When purchasing performing notes at a discount, you can easily see double digit yields and pick and choose your safety zones.

Suggest that this is a health and safety issue that could impact them.

The biggest one that scares me is food deductions.

Those odors are known as Microbial Volatile Organic Compounds (MVOC's) and they are generated by an actively growing mold - digesting it's food.

But the decision is not merely one of expected value; very possibly financial losses may be more painful than financial gains, making the decision for those people one of ultra safety and hence ultimately a lower net worth than those whose decision process is less "emotional".I see the risk of inflation must greater right now than the risk of deflation, hence I am in the process of strategically "leveraging up" on my real estate holdings.

@Chris DaIt's so obvious that the SSDI is being milked, at least here in Florida...this time it was the child who was on it but normally the profile seems to be a single mother under 35 or 40 with at least two kids, from what I've seen.I have a tenant with a real disability who collects, and a friend who's on SSDI, food stamps, etc., so I get the legitimate side of it too, but you'd have to be blind to see what's going on.
