I have found the information on this website to be invaluable.

At that point, they could finish it and sell it themselves for the same profit you would’ve made, or I imagine they could shop it around to other investors that might want to finish it out.  

I see this was your first post, I know being active on this website is another great way to network.

So the issue I'm seeing is after finishing the report under "Acquisition", that the loan amount shows as $65k and the "Total Cash needed at purchase" shows as $40,345.

.- Logo designed and color palette chosen for consistency and professional look- Facebook and Instagram biz pages put in place- I am a graphics designer and created templates for coming soon, new listing, etc online ads using chosen color scheme- Website created (no IDX due to no money :-) )- Door knocking on 100 doors and left flyers I designed.

We recently finished a 3 day workshop with Fortune Builders (Than Merrill).

They have website where you can find lenders name and all the guidelines.

I am checking all the websites, and I have two friends who are realtors but I am not having much luck.

So since we truly believe real estate is our future, I let the school I work for know that I wouldn’t be coming back next year, but would finish my current contract through July.
