Yup, in my just returned from trip to Indy and other midwest points, I even heard of a college to tech professional program that sounded very interesting with some REI implications.  

I’ve taken a couple trips up there recently and driven around, still getting a feel for the rent rates and neighborhoods.

This is a home that (based on IRS mileage rates) costs me $90-$95 round trip to get to - it was a no-brainer....I hired/paid the handyman and sent the body cam back to Amazon.Appreciate all the comments...it is something I'm going to keep thinking about.  

My final count was 77 five gallon buckets full of concrete (7 complete trips with 11 leftover mud buckets).

When we come back from a trip,we are too tired to fiddle with backing into our space.

Would love to go but i don't have the time to make that trip.(2 1/2 hrs from me) If you ever hear of one or start one yourself in Northwest Arkansas please post the meeting place and time on here, I'd love to attend.

I made several trips to try and pick them up, only to not be ready (they called!)

With the classes (in person & online), re agents, and road trips.

For example a vacationing AirBnB tenant comes home a little tipsy one night, trips and falls down a flight of stairs and injures himself.

If they are divided the crane will have to be there for more days and make more trips to and from the site.
