On the investment side I think a new agent is less likely to be rigid and is open to creative methods and as a commercial mortgage banker I think that they may still be building their team and are open to working with new people.

Contract would be contingent on seeing the home.For the second objection, I would just explain that it can't hurt to explore their options, and you would love the opportunity to earn their business by showing them how you market properties differently than the average agent.
