That guy seems like he has got a lot of energy by looking at the website for podcast and such. just by looking at it for minute, he is going way deeper in the weeds with it than I ever want to go.. plus I am not at all interested in assisting peoples living.

As a buyer, you don't pay any commissions so why not add some bench strength to your search and have a realtor - one who works with investors - be part of your resource team.

I know this might seem ironic by posting on BiggerPockets, which by itself is a great place for information, but I'm wondering what other investors here are using for resources?

If you're looking for tools to use I would check out the landlord resources tab on Bigger Pockets - under tools, then services, click on landlord resources and there are some services listed there that are free to landlords and should have background checks for commercial tenants - I think it's still important to pull their personal information as well though regardless of if they are a commercial or residential tenant.

I have the funding and other resources in the city to get the jobs done, I just do not know how to go into this blindly.
