If you're looking for tools to use I would check out the landlord resources tab on Bigger Pockets - under tools, then services, click on landlord resources and there are some services listed there that are free to landlords and should have background checks for commercial tenants - I think it's still important to pull their personal information as well though regardless of if they are a commercial or residential tenant.
