As a first step, I myself would definitely throw everything I could to get rid of PMI.

Every market that's already a 'tech destination' has a head start, by definition, but past is just prologue - what will come after remains to be seen, so it's good to keep an eye on how things are changing.

They were supposed to have fixed grading toward the house 2 weeks ago but didn't....they have fixed the flood damage but I am definitely concerned about it happening again.
