You can get a good feel for the person and get information in a conversational manner rather than just asking a list of questions.

The "conversion" isn't really a process so much as just not considering that property to be your primary residence any longer.

@Sean Sullivan don't forget to use the @ symbol when referencing a BP member as this will alert the member to the conversation so they can respond.
