I'm new to the scene but have had interest in REI for more than a decade now ( was just too chicken/uninformed to do anything about ).

Talk to your bar tender, your grocery check out person...meet and talk to every person you can, and talk to them about real estate.Farming is great but costs a good penny.

The question that I have is, what app or programs are out there which will be easy to setup for them,possible even scan bar codes into.

Nothing in life is free and if you make it that way for your children they will grow up with a scenes of entitlement.
