Most landlords I know will post an ad online and ask the tenant to do the sowings, as long as they can find a qualified tenant to move in then they just release the tenant from the lease

The same amount of work would be involved for a deal 3x as large, focusing on larger deals.Bad tenants will cost you 100's of thousands of dollars.Business associates make better friends than friends make as business associates.

My background is custom residential, everything from large single family residences to more compact 2-4 unit projects. 50/50 mix between end-user projects and spec homes.

Large investors believe risk too high now, since decision (@GrantCardone and@Kevinolearytv).- Single-family existing-home sales prices Up.

However, I have asked multiple times to both of them and yes, they would like person C added to the lease. 

You do large projects they may be interested in investing in and you welcome people to talk to you about it.

Then you will have to think about the added cost to possibly modify the exterior of the house to accept the new windows.

Especially in large metro areas, neighborhoods can change dramatically on a block by block basis so you really need to understand the lay of the land.

Adding layers of business could complicate things unnecessarily; items such as taxes and legal fees may increase greatly etc.These other factors would greatly play into what my next move would be.
