The bachelors/efficiency units, while there is a market, we find it almost as transient as a rooming house and are contemplating turning two bachelors into a single 1-bedroom.I do not mind having some three bedroom units (we only have two), but, outside of the university area, the vacancies can be protracted.

Even with massive med school debt, I presume underwriting them as a tenant/buyer would not be too difficult (but this is pure speculation).I suppose the previous could apply to any field that requires post-graduate level education (and the loans that go along with it).What about university professors?
