I would put a TV in each BR.

Like many of the flip shows on TV anymore, if you are selling properties in the $500K+ range, touches like these are a requirement. 

How about a cap on how much Walmart can sell a TV for?  

Anyway, I got home and plopped down on the couch, peeled my shoes off, was watching a tv show when the back door doorbell rang.  

Middle floor has a full bath, 3 legal bedrooms (one with an attached office) and a TV room.  

Auto helps for sure but not the end all be all.And Detroit has no bearing its BMW Mercedes and Volvo.. additionally its much like SF  its a peninsula surrounded by water on 3 sides there is only so much land.its an Awesome city and place.. and I thankful one of the top flight TV Guru's turned me on to it 4 years ago !!!
