Cleveland is defiantly on the up-swing and my guess is it’ll probably take about 4 to-6 years for its national perception to catch up. 2nd regarding turnkey and customer service expectations – I agree with Joseph and Chris, there should be minimal issues with a turnkey… that’s why it’s a “turnkey.”
