If you want to be totally above board and safe you hire people with the proper skills for your job, or you train them.

I think this will make the tenants there feel more safe too.

I think it would be safe to say, that if an agent doesn't have time to search for deals multiple times a week for their client(s), then they're not an Investors Agent.
