If your in an area with a lot of investors who want to maximize cash flow or where first-time home buyers need more income to get into a starter home, they might have a higher value.

I just feel I should go out of my way to warn others about this company's unethical sales tactics.

If the numbers broke even at 3.5%, investors would be flocking to buy that property putting 20% down.House Hacking is about the long term gain.
