I think the part that gets me is patience during that process and time commitment while I'm doing so much else.

I have spoken with both tenants numerous times during my due diligence and they both said that the current property manager and owners don't give a S#&T about them or the property. 

While email functionality can be provided directly through the software, to my knowlege corelogic, at&t, and equifax do not develop crm software so.... the  sms, leads, and skip tracing, need to be sourced.So, my suggestion...

@T Payne It's highly unlikely that a US bank will give you a mortgage to purchase a residential property in Canada, however, I am certain that you can get a mortgage from a Canadian Bank as a non-resident and the process will not be painful.
