Good thing is that, it should motivate you to pay down your expenses (debt) as quickly as possible to then build up your war chest (capital) to be able to actively participate in the game.

If one of their roommates is not participating, that is on them to figure out internally, and I would advise to say nothing but encourage them to work out their beef.

Not to mention they don't pay their license renewal fees, do not finish continuing education requirements, have license suspended for student loan delinquency, back child support owed, IRS tax levies on any commission they make etc.
