All major banks including BOA will interface with quicken software, however some require you to let the bank know you give permission for quicken to download transactions directly and have a section in your online bank account website somewhere such as financial downloads or something like that.

Be careful of FHA 203K loan, the list of qualified contractors are skatchy, they know that once you have that 203k you can not use anyone but them, they can take advance of you, use cheap materials and cut corners, just saying be careful.

The majority are section 8 because it’s against fair housing laws here to say that you don’t take section 8 in a listing.

My husbands aunt/uncle own a house worth over 800k and its less than 2,000 soft in Richmond section of dallas.

(needs some vinyl corner trim and bushes need to be trimmed - driveway is badly cracked and could use a resurfacing, but is still usable)

(there are all sorts of forms online that you can download and edit- just remove the sections that don't apply to you)If you have strong w2 income this isn't so much of an issue probably.
