Would you recommend business cards?

How should someone that: owes almost 2,500 $ in credt card bill (just 1 credit card bill for over 2 years) about 1,200 $ in medicale bills.

Im 19y/o I have a Credit-card since i was 18y/o and have yet to miss a payment so my question is can I get a loan with 10% down?

I send these folks a post card through click2mail or a hand written letter introducing myself and asking if they would be interested in selling their house to me.

I live in small town OK,and have talked with a local investor/realtor that is known in the area recently.Offered to take him to lunch if he will talk with me about REI,he liked the idea and gave me his card so I begin my networking and education.My wife and I plan to invest in multi-family homes,apt's and mobile home parks.

I have only heard of that happening recently because the buyer bought a new car or was late on some credit card payments just prior to closing.I have had quite a few people come into my open houses hoping to qualify but they have car payments, credit card debit and they are self-employed so can't support the payments with their declared income.

Conduct yourself wisely, especially around others who are successful and play your cards close to your chest, don't tip your hand.

I am planning on making a door hanger and using them in one school district, in the areas where I am looking to buy.The contents:Basics: Clear bag, magnetic (or regular) biz card, handwritten note or mini card, flyer printed on matte cardstock.Other possibilities: A card (with small magnet attached) that shows community calendar and my info, small coupon book from local businesses that may want to participate (this could help pay for this campaign also).I plan to follow this up in a month or two with a sticky note on each door that says, "Hi- We buy houses in as-is condition in (this area).

After college no one has ever asked me for a copy of my degree or my report card.  

We have never had two doing this at the same time so haven't had to figure out who's is who's; bank may have options with issuing a deposit card for each address, or separate accounts.
