What appears to be water damage to the foundation can be caused by water intrusion at the roof that travels through the walls into the foundation (typically in block foundations).

Hello im James Me and my partner bought our first house spring 2016 , it had a suite already in the basement but needed up dating. also the main floor did to , so we move some walls and got the basement done and rented (somewhat ) we having hard time keeping them to stay, normally they find work else where , the biggest problem i think is its fully furnished. in the last few months we been working on the main floor . hope to refinance an buy another or buy another house with 5% down and move hope to expand to around 5-6 units also looking on more info about renting/property management in Saskatchewan or Regina as rules are different to lots of the info on the net from Ontario or BCThanks

The wall behind the old mirror didn't have too much texture on it but I didn't re-texture it to match as the new mirror was about the same size as the old one and that area with little or no texture was not visible.
