@Jackie Liu right off the bat, you're making a common mistake!

We will be setting up in Bigger Pockets as a Syndication and fund looking for Hard Money Investors as our Acquisitions Team is Building out Capital Stacks.  

Don’t let UDFI on leveraged real estate scare you away from investing in your IRA, it can still make you a lot of retirement money.  

In commercial we can always make more money in nasty properties.  

However, whatever route you go make sure you hire an independent agent rather than captive so they can shop the entire market for you! 

Most here on BP that buy NPL's like myself only invest in the US as we see plenty of product here in the US and can make good money doing it, so its not worth the risk to venture overseas in other country to learn all the nuances, laws and rebuilding all brand new relationships.

I suspect that 5% or so that do wholesaling full time make at least 50k with the 1% ers making multiple hundreds of thousands and I am sure there are 7 figure wholesalers as well.those that have massive marketing budgets  like 20 to 50k per month. 

He simply wants to be 100% done.Given the above mentioned scenario, I am wondering what the best possible situation would be to make this happen, while possibly still maintaining the option to pull out equity for capital improvement projects with a bank. 

You need to make it durable.

Also, make sure you spend the time building a solid team (agent, lender, property manager) and run the numbers through your team multiple times.
