For my purchase that CAN NOT be made with a conventional FM loan, I need to use LLC, and the LLC that I used had been established a few months before.Why do I need to set up it months before??

Why would you not just get licensed and affiliate with a company that is already established and has everything in place for your? 

They want to work for people that have a lot to offer them.
