Did you inherit these tenants through the acquisition of this property?

I usually approach asbestos as this: what’s it gonna cost for remediation (including replacing with non asbestos), deduct that from value of the house (I estimate remediation costs 20% higher than any quote) and that’s the offer... in your case, unless your inheriting a ton of problems (expenses) I’d say the deduction is more than paid for.

I have a deal on my plate that I’d like to brrrr but it has inherited tenants the just renewed there lease.

I bought a duplex once in Austin and inherited a Section 8 tenant who had been there for 10 years.

A couple years ago I inherited a 12 unit rental property with no mortgage.

My wife and I are finally settled down, and have been looking around the area for multifamily properties to owner occupy as a lower point of entry and lessen the risk of getting started, as we would expect to pay that mortgage anyway.

I used a PM at one point-she did not inspect, we got very badly done in with an inherited tenant who went feral!

once this Nigerian fella writes up your loan contract he will also send you the 4 million in inheritance money you got coming to you  through his Nigerian bank ! 

You probably want to check with an estate attorney and a CPA so you don't get hit with a big gift tax or inheritance tax.
