We are getting closer to that point in time where purchase of a US residential property (4-unit) will become a reality.

I can find any random lawyer and CPA to assist us, but am hoping to find someone either an investor themselves or intimately knowledgeable in small business and real estate investing- so I'm posting here.

This tax year is going to not be so "pleasant" as our living situations have changed. 

The irony in all there posts predicting doom & gloom for SF and NYC is they come from people who don’t live there or invest there but are excited when there is less pleasant news about these cities.

Go back in time and consider what investors were buying in 2010-2015.

Is there a point in time where it has gone too far and they cant sell it before the bank sends it to auction?

I have owned 2 houses that I lived in at different points in time, in the last 8 years and have seen the appreciation and success of owing real estate in bay area. 

Myself, I have seen it all, good luck picking a what-if that I have not delt with, seen, sorted at some point in time over the years.

Maybe you can help me determine if this is the right course of action for me at this point in time, a 22yr old real estate investor.
