@Curt Smith I like you’re thinking but use Quicken’s free Mint tool with a custom category hierarchy for the same purpose of tracking by house and auto-categorizing of expense types by Schedule E category.

two things I have learned.  1,200 is a sweet spot for demand, and if you do have a large unit of 2,500 get a couple of them zoned for auto.

I suggest having smart TVs and let them log into their own accounts, preferably with a guest mode so they auto-log out after a certain number of days.For catering to families, I would concentrate on providing amenities like puzzles and games.
