@Kristin Hargrave I would check out the landlord resources tab on Bigger Pockets - at the top under tools, then under services, click on landlord resources and there are a some softwares listed there that will be helpful to you!

I've been on this site for a few weeks and I'm blown away by the amount of information and the resources!  

BP is a great online resource and community with lots of active members here in the Charlotte area.  

The Honeywell thermostats are a good idea but resourceful tenants put a wet washcloth filled with ice cubes on them, to force the heat up.

Interesting @Jamie Bateman, unfortunately no continuity on classifications from state to state, but still a handy resource!

Perhaps you purchased a top-of-the-line boiler and your energy costs are 25% lower because of that...
