Fix the roof, stay here and sue the city to revoke the section 8 rentals license (the details are for another thread, but I think I could make a cogent case as many neighbors view the house as a nuisance and the police have told us they KNOW who they are…).

I think one detail I left out was I would be trying to pay more than the mortgage required at times (I work in sales, so if I ever got a large paycheck I might toss more of it at the mortgage).

I just gave them all my requirements, price range, west of Indianapolis, good schools and near hospital if possible, then checked address on neighborhoodscout.com to double check all the details of the area.
