They are still getting full commission.

However,  even if you are going to list it and sell it for $125,000, does the seller have cash to pay the closing costs including the commission? 

We ask agents to add their commission to the price of the property before presenting it to their client.So, for a $50K house, an agent in our market would typically add 3% and present $51.5K to their buyer.

I just recently began working with her and she is aware that I am looking for a good investment, but I'm also aware that she works on commission.  

The home would sell at ~270K and the outstanding balance is ~170K with ~100K equity but obviously would have to incur the 6% REA commission plus closing costs etc on top of this.

I get that commissions will be expensive, but at least get some experienced local help with this.  

Right now, I am a Independent Property Manager working part time on commissions but I wanted a full time job in learning the day-to-day aspects of property management.

Anyway, anyone using a buyer on a commission basis to close more deals?

(also one you wouldnt mind living in) that along with saving money on not having to pay for agent commissions is what makes this attractive IMO.
