There are DOZENS!!

We have a few different crews that work for us full time and burned through dozens and dozens.

They'll have a few dozen remnants sitting around at any given time, and since they're all leftovers, they'll practically give them away.

Hi @Tyler Cope Oregon isn't like Cali (as I understand it) when it comes to assessments.

To you (and @Ariel G. ) I second what @Tal Abraham said about markets being tricky for those who don't know them - Birmingham is the same as Pittsburgh (from Tal's assessment, not personal knowledge), and likely every other market.

As I type this there are only a couple dozen posts in the "what questions get asked a lot" thread and already a couple of people have repeated a suggestion that was literally the first reply. 

There's a lot of folks w/money, but start putting some of the pieces together by assessing your resources and what value can I add to a partnership.  

I've been in a dozen houses in the last two weeks and can't believe people lived in half of them, or that land lords could even consider some of the places rent ready, but that goes with the business.

They'll send out an adjuster to assess the damage/cause/liability.

Re-assess your profit share on the 50k more cash and 250k loc, that's not something to be taken lightly, on his end also even if you did not get his subs at a discount, he is not charging you a GC fee also, that lao has a value just like your cash and loc.
