etc etcRun the numbers as a rental and factor your wholesale fee into the purchase price, and see if it would cash flow.Make sure to get as accurate as possible with your numbers. 

I would seriously consider this, if possible.  

I am trying to take the leap, but I want to do it with knowledge and with as little mistakes as possible.  

I have always been told never to take out more than a 15 year mortgage and get it paid off as soon as possible.

The local REIA groups around me meet on the day I have my class so as soon as that is over I will be attending the monthly meetings trying to soak up every possible tip I can get my hands on.

Sorry fellas been traveling for work but still interested in setting up something in Buda for that area and possibly even up Manchaca near South Park Meadows.

I don't think this is really a place that investors in the area or around would be interested but I know if the numbers make sense and if I can get it dirt cheap than any things possible but any thoughts about that area?

If you have the ability to pay all cash and also cover the rehab out of pocket then you might want to get with @Dean Harris or @Douglas Skipworth as they can help you possibly purchase a home from the MLS and also oversee your renovation.
