most of the rentals that we deal with are low income. these people want nice stuff and often are forced to go to rent to own type places.so we have done this with a few tennants...not all.we goto wlamart get a tv, dvd player, stereo, etc, and basically rent to own it....but cheaper than those other places.ofton the stuff is paid for in about 3 months and then the rest is just extra money :)
