None of my properties flooded, but schools are closed and a lot of employers are keeping their employees home all week.

This guy does not have just a ton of experience, but has done some wholesaling and a few flips.

I generally only see $2500-$3000 in closing costs, and a deal this late in the year will bring your prepaids down.
