.:) sometimes the city will pick up your signs. i just learned they don't run on the weekends . normally.. and if you have friend on a busy street. hit then up and give a starbucks card for letting you put sign in there yard. those can stay for ever as long as you keep owner happy..

Was out driving for vacant houses last weekend, and found one that had home owner's name on county record, but listed a deed of power foreclosure by Wells Fargo. this is one of three i found like this.

hi @Alex RivasI love using listsource to send my mail campaign, (targeting Absentee owners,) then take that list and send them out whit yellowletterscomplete its more expensive then click2mail but I get more of a respond rate whit YLC.Also I love looking for distress homes that look like no one have live in it for years, just take a nice drive on the weekend whit a pen and paper and write down the address.Now I am trying to learn how to get involve whit foreclosure homes it seems complicated to wholesale them but nothing beats reading and learning.Hope this was helpful good luck!

Extra costs would then be reserves for damages, but I think you get a security deposit as well.Similar apartments are going for around $120 a night (not accounting for boosting the price on holidays or weekends) which would put the bare bones break even point at around 10 days...?
