So they very aggressively lowered their portion and shifted it to him.He tried to skip out on his portion of rent the last month before he left but I ended up getting it and he left, place was even worse with trash everywhere.

Are you looking for a spreadsheet listing properties and whether or not they are on these lists:code violations, tax delinquent, 24 Hour arrest record, pre foreclosure, auction list, city liens, owner obituaries, etc ....this information would be listed all in one place. which means you would know if properties were actually worth pursuing depending on how many lists they are on.plus all of the relevant information needed for the property from each one of those lists could easily be added. plus skip trace information could be added for homeowner.basically i can systematically sift through all of these lists and see if there are matches for one property on multiple lists.
