I am relocating to CA.

Hello, I'm 30, married, and my partner and I relocating to Minneapolis/St Paul area in a few months.  

@Jamal L.I am relocating to Baltimore in March of 2020 and I’m looking to make my first deal on a duplex/triplex/quadplex in either Baltimore City/ County or a surrounding county.

The Military is relocating my family to the Savannah, GA area and we are looking for any meetup groups or REI Groups in the area.

I recently had to relocate to Nevada for a new job and now have rented out my primary residence which is in San Jose California.

The issue with these options is 1) nothing stopping anyone from doing the items Seth indicated on non RSO RE.  2) you need to have a legal eviction which typically means cash for keys on top of relocation fee. 3) Theses items are one time only.  

We are planning to retire from the military next year, and are considering relocating to the Buford, Flowery Branch, Gainesville area.We are going to consider looking for some buy and hold or buy and flip/sell opportunities in the area.We’ll be out of the area for a little while, but we’d greatly appreciate any info, leads, networking that you’re able to discover.I’ll check back here often.Thanks,Mike

An acquaintance needed to relocate for work out of state so abruptly that she didn't want to get a storage unit for all the furniture, dishes, etc.

Some may not know this, but in Seattle the owner also must apply for a Tenant Relocation License if you'll be giving a tenant notice due to a remodel.

I'm looking for a way to transition out of my present business (a traditional printing company) into building a real estate business that will allow me to re-locate to the Pacific Northwest.
