Does anyone have a recommendation for a good and efficient Eviction Attorney for LA City?

I would recommend sticking to one strategy at first before you venture into others.

I have had a few recommendations for credit unions in the area with great programs, but because my primary residence is in Florida I do not qualify for membership.

Haven’t quite figured out how the math works yet on that strategy…Dennis, patience is a great recommendation.

But recommend you work with a fellow investor/realtor with regards to the listing.

When you are first starting out, I would recommend getting a quote for every individual task.

My property manager recommends i notify the FBI but I'll be honest, I really just want my money.
