@Joe Kim  My niche market is refinery contractors. 

I've known multiple people in this area that do BRRRR method but they've always had an in (real estate attorney, contractor, realtor, etc.) in order to hear about the good deals. 

My husband and I are seeking contractor bids to renovate our first buy-and-hold duplex, which was built in 1918 in Norfolk, VA.

She does need some tender love and care, but I'm waiting for a contractor to get out there and tell me exactly what I can do. 

He's interested in flipping up north and isn't sure if his contractor will follow. 

I am looking for great real estate CPAs, attorney, contractors / handyman, brokerage firms in Knoxville as well as just fellow investors to meet and talk real estate.

The numbers look good but, even as a contractor, you're better off doing a quick turn rehab or 2 to get all the experience you need that you can take to investors who will then work with you.Cancel this deal and grab a beer.

He is also now stating that there is issues with plumbing, and leaking roof (all new to me).
