So rather than keep changing the status of a listing to "Sold" then listing a new unit -- which would take someone all day every day to keep up with -- we just leave the listing up.So when you see my "unit #1" for 500 days, that's basically just a generic listing for the PROPERTY vs a specific unit.

When having a phone in your home was a status symbol to display.It might have held an old fashioned Al Capone Blower Phone, or a more stylistic handset phone.I'm guessing from the level of fancy trim, this place is well built.Maybe one of the people in this video had this house built for his family with 6 bedrooms.

I want to provide a PASSIVE & professional service for my partner where a third party manages the note, ie I send the payments to this company (not my partner) and they collect and we can log in on line to see status, amortization, payoff balance should I decide to refi, etc.
