If I had stuck it out and knew I fraction of what I know now, I'd be light-years ahead.Use your GI bill to study finance, investments, economics, accounting and such, you don't need a full degree.Am I satisfied with my own decision?

I would like to have a NOTE in place at the minimum APR just so we have something on file should I want my money back, etc.I have never created a note before, and am unsure of the language needed.

Sure, I had studied the auction business for five years before I bid on anything, and I had followed every foreclosure auction in my county during that five year period and had searched title on every one of them just for practice, but I didn't even know what I didn't know.

New to real estate investing have been doing a lot of studying on my own reading books, watching webinars, and recently attended a 3 day workshop.

I study something new about investing everyday and have been for the past 8 months or so.

Did you put language in the contract making it a requirement?  

Remove language from you ad that appears to be discriminatory.  

Also, what would you suggest to focus your studying on.
