@Peter Mikhjian, if your living situation accommodates it you could also move back in for a period of time so that you can still meet the 24 out of last 60 months.

There are REIA groups that meet in Logan and SLC (not sure about Ogden), as well as BP meetups once a month.

Hello BiggerPockets members,I'm happy to join such a large community of like minded investors.

I joined BP in an effort to learn more about how others operate as real estate investors, and see what their road map toward financial freedom looks like. 

I am very capable in excel, having manually and mentally run the numbers of multifamily units listed online I have found that none of them come close to meeting the 1% rule.

We discussed the possibility of partnering to invest in Real Estate together.So we had a follow-up meeting today and hashed out the basics:Initial capital investments, entity formation, target market, and strategy. 

Always nice to see someone join with construction experience.
