I, personally, would want to do something as a show of good faith in case something ever came of it, while fully recognizing its most likely nothing would ever come of it.

,I've done some Google home work and reached out to couple of them so I'm in the interviewing process and I'm looking  for at least 5 companies in the East Tacoma area that best suit my property  needs.Any investor  in the area willing to reach out please feel free.

I recognize that having someone else do it saves me a lot of time and opens up more options.

this was for first grade  you had to go through and interview process.. get her coached up for that interview and  then school is as expensive as collage all for grade school.. their daughter did not interview well and was not accepted.. so even though they have the means does not mean they can get into private school..

@Rowena Agustin long as you’re getting your wiring instructions from the title company directly, and recognize the name of the person giving the info then you’ll be fine.
