I have seen a lot of floor plans that are actually very nice and form the inside you cannot even tell its a MFH!

I'm not sure if I can secure insurance for this house with the condition it is in. 

The plan is to short term rent some rooms, or mid-term, and live in the primary until its doing so well I have to move out and refocus on a previous renovation that has stopped until this one is complete.

Anyway, I plan on checking them out a bit more to see what they are about, hopefully I can give some incite here for people looking for info.  

And we had enough juice that our title company would issue insurance right after we got the tax collector deed and recorded it..

You can file a complaint with TREC, file a complaint with her managing broker, or file a claim with her errors and omissions insurance.

This ship has sailed.If you need a down payment but want to keep the townhouse, you may be able to refinance it instead of selling.You can do a 1031 exchange but cannot PLAN to move into this new place.

If so, Please let us know how it went and if they are any negatives to the program.My cousin actually works for the program and I plan on using it after my next purchase   

Is insurance covering the flood damage of was there no flood coverage?

I have one LTR that I do plan to leverage to purchase my next property, but I am really looking to find hard money lenders/investors to help fund future deals.
