Inherently there will be a shortage of quality housing.

I don’t know how much left but assume everybody in here recommend that I replace and remove all the KnT before either start living or renting out.

Commercial real estate has some serious risks that owning apartments, condos and homes don't have e.g. it can take several years to find a good tenant and even when you do find a tenant you still have an inherent risk where you always have to worry about whether or not your commercial tenant's business will be successful enough to pay rent and survive to the end of the lease.

Many times, you won't have the time to look deeper into the mechanical systems and seeing the inherent risks involved, so there are risks there as well.

I am the the type of person that doesn't sit a round a lot and at this time I am very busy with construction projects so checking back in here will be a challenge but will make an attempt to be diligent.
