What happens when heating system dies in mid-winter, or the roof needs to be replaced - but you have the money out on a loan and so can't fund your own needs?

For me that would rule out the one that says "missing heating and plumbing", I wouldn't be surprised if missing or substandard electrical got "overlooked" in that description.

For most buyers, the value of the basement speaks for itself -- more living space, lower heating/cooling costs, protection (in areas with more severe weather), etc.

I will not replace the roof, the sewer line, or the heating and air, and I will look at you like you are stupid if you even ask me to.

My grandmother passed away in 2009 and we have kept her house in a class A area as a rental until the market heated back up... you would be shocked at the caliber or people that are wanting to rent.

I would combine that notice with something else you send out yearly- for us the winter is coming, check your heat tape, drip faucets, button up skirting etc.

Really take a look at the action of events  that occurred and ask yourself how you could have handled things better.People respond in the heat of the moment and the mouth moves faster than the brain thinks on what was said.
