Hi BP Family,  I am from Jacksonville,FL.My wife and I are new to real estate investing and currently seeking for our first rental property investment, preferable a multi-family home.

What is your current strategy? 

I assume the challenge and cost increases with the number of homes / units but wanted to get a sense of how big of a challenge this is.It seems the current solution is for the resident to call a contact center or go through a portal - anything I'm missing?

Its been a month and a half since they started generating me leads.My current markets are Virginia and S.

Over several years, I have worked hard to save up for a down payment, and I currently have $200k set aside in a money market account ready to be put to use.

The current seller has done a complete rehab on the property and is now selling it vacant.My question is: Am I allowed to rent out the units at market value given that the property was previously under rent control?

I currently live in a rental and I would like to ask the landlord to do a seller finance.

I am currently in the process of switching cleaners with a much lower per clean rate, but in most cases the spread is about $25 per clean.

It is two story, and is currently just a large shop floor with one section that has a second story loft type thing.

I currently own three residential properties and one commercial property.
