If the 401k is through your employer, he wouldn't see any commission on that amount.

Take a small commission or equality from the deal.

You still have to pay closing cost and agent commission plus the 4th reno to get it market ready to sell.

I hope that is what you meant, because paying an agent a 2% commission for running comps is crazy!

I'm not sure about CA, but in FL and NC the real estate commission's website had a break down of the exam questions including the topic and how many questions were on the exam for that topic.
