Hi everybody,I'm brand new on the site and to real estate. 

They have done lots of work on the house (new doors inside, new carpeting, freshly painted, bathroom has had some updating).

We are brand new.

(Thats a brand new term for me so thank you for that) Or even just great books in general?

I made the choice of a brand from Lowes that was priced very well.  

Brand new and just getting a ton of information to start out in real estate.

It may seem the Amazon jobs are solid but with that there are so many other jobs such as start ups and ancillary businesses like hair saloons to restaurants that would be hugely affected if the cycle starts to turn a bit and people start cutting back on hitting their prime buttons for easy convenience and starts buying in bulk and cheaper brands of daily goods.  

By the way, 6 months ago she bought a brand new Hyundai Elantra....As far as the fee's, they can be charged the following date of the due date.
